RETURNS POLICY

In the event that goods are to be returned back to our premises you must obtain a RETURNS NUMBER by contacting us by phone: 01932 590358, e-mail: sales@ritehandles.co.uk or fax: 01932 590358 .Please note that NO refund will be made unless an official returns number is obtained from Rite Handles. This number must be clearly stated on the exterior of the parcel in which the goods are returned.

You may return any item(s), delivered to you within 7 days of receipt if they are faulty or damaged, in their original packing. Rite Handles requires that you (the buyer) shall meet the cost and risk of returning the item(s) to us, which we shall reimburse once we have received the item(s) back at our premises.

If you are returning any item(s), which were sent according to your order and is NOT faulty or damaged then Rite Handles. requires that the item is returned back to us in a re-saleable condition. You (the buyer) shall meet the cost and risk of returning the item(s) back to our premises. Rite Handles shall make a restocking charge of UP TO 30% of the original value of the item(s) being returned. Non-stock special order items are non-returnable unless faulty, as some items will be made specifically to your order. Internet-purchased items CANNOT be returned by hand to the showroom, only by post or courier.
Pricing policy - Internet-purchasing prices may differ from showroom prices.
The credit card given at the the time of purchase shall be credited with the value of refund due, (less any restocking charge if applicable). If payment was made by cheque then a refund cheque (less any restocking charge if applicable) shall be issued and sent to the address details originally provided.

The above shall be carried out unless we are advised that you wish to receive replacement goods for the faulty or damaged returns.

Internet-purchased items CANNOT be returned by hand to the showroom, only by post or courier as refunds and returns are not handled by the showroom staff.

Non-delivery or Error claims

If you (the buyer) do-not receive goods that have been despatched, or incorrect quantities or incorrect goods have been received then you must notify Rite Handles in writing or e-mail within 7 working days of our e-mail notification to you that the goods have been despatched. We may also provide a telephone number to our courier for the purposes of contacting you in the unlikely event that they have difficulty in finding you or if there is any other delivery problem. We never cold call and only use the telephone numbers provided to resolve problems with orders or respond to queries. We use only the highest encryption to protect your order information.
